EGL has had their moments in my experience, but they always made it right and overall were fantastic to deal with. Always held up their end, as long as we did ours.

After nine months living here, I can say that every time we have had an issue or a problem that needed resolution, we have received it within a week of calling the office and normally within only a day or so.
